We offer a wide variety of classes to suit many interests and all fitness levels. Classes are held at convenient times throughout the day, 7 days a week. BOOT is a fusion of cardio, strength, balance and flexibility. Featuring exercises that work the entire body. Discover how to effectively teach a boot camp class in the gym, outdoor or home environment.
Iron Fit HIIT is high intensity interval training. HIIT will have short bursts of high intensity exercises alternated with brief rest periods. This class is 45 minutes which includes a warm up period and cool down stretch. Proven to increase metabolism, condition both anaerobic and aerobic energy, and improve cardiovascular fitness. HIIT class can be a Tabata style class or circuits. Exercises are mostly bodyweight with optional light weights added for a challenge. Examples are squats, push ups, jumping jacks, burpees, jump squats, mountain climbers, box step ups or jumps, jump rope, core exercises, and more.
Fast paced, high-energy music and a motivating group atmosphere will get your heart pumping and push you to a personal best. Power Strength uses adjustable barbells, plates, hand weights and your own body weight to mix things up. Class ends with 8 minute power abs.
