We offer a wide variety of classes to suit many interests and all fitness levels. Classes are held at convenient times throughout the day, 7 days a week. We offer special events and classes throughout the year (like GLEE sing-a-long workouts!). Keep an eye on our Facebook page to see what's happening!
Iron Fit Gym also participates in special programs that are often available through health insurance providers, such as the Silver & Fit program. Contact us for details.
We have 225 Video Classes available on our Fitness on Demand system, and all members are welcome to use the system when a class is not scheduled. Need help selecting a class? Just ask our staff, we will gladly help you.

A journey into self-awareness using basic yoga postures to stretch and strengthen as well as relax and reduce the effects of stress on the body. The exercises incorporate breathing and relaxation techniques designed to increase flexibility and improve balance.
Strengthen your cardiovascular system with this fast moving class that builds tons of heat.
Iron Fit HIIT is high intensity interval training. HIIT will have short bursts of high intensity exercises alternated with brief rest periods. This class is 45 minutes which includes a warm up period and cool down stretch. Proven to increase metabolism, condition both anaerobic and aerobic energy, and improve cardiovascular fitness. HIIT class can be a Tabata style class or circuits. Exercises are mostly bodyweight with optional light weights added for a challenge. Examples are squats, push ups, jumping jacks, burpees, jump squats, mountain climbers, box step ups or jumps, jump rope, core exercises, and more.
Fast paced, high-energy music and a motivating group atmosphere will get your heart pumping and push you to a personal best. Power Strength uses adjustable barbells, plates, hand weights and your own body weight to mix things up. Class ends with 8 minute power abs.
Combines easy, yet effective cardio routines, interlaced with barbell / hand weights and resistance work. This class will help you build a lean, mean, fighting machine body.
