We offer a wide variety of classes to suit many interests and all fitness levels. Classes are held at convenient times throughout the day, 7 days a week. We offer special events and classes throughout the year (like GLEE sing-a-long workouts!). Keep an eye on our Facebook page to see what's happening!

Iron Fit Gym also participates in special programs that are often available through health insurance providers, such as the Silver & Fit program. Contact us for details.


2019 Group Coaching Schedule

Starting in the new year there will be a comprehensive schedule of Group Coaching Workouts which will include early AM, mid-morning and evening time slots. This program schedule will be the perfect blend of Strength, Cardio and HIIT Training to give You proven Results!


Live and Fitness on Demand Classes

Yoga Classes

Yoga

A journey into self-awareness using basic yoga postures to stretch and strengthen as well as relax and reduce the effects of stress on the body. The exercises incorporate breathing and relaxation techniques designed to increase flexibility and improve balance.

Strength And Cardio Classes

Cardio HIIT Conditioning and ABS
This is a HEAT membership class.

Cardio HIIT Training, Core Work, Total Body Endurance, Conditioning.

This is a coached class where our primary focus is on Mobility, Cardio and HIIT. This is a high energy class with a huge caloric burn. Members will be using the rowers, air assault runners, ropes, Kettle Bells, medicine balls and all sort of fun tools to achieve raising their heart rates! ...and of course a great core finish. The classes are coached by a HEAT Trainer where comradery and High Energy is produced for a Great Fun Workout!

Conditioning and Strength
This is a HEAT membership class.

TRX Strength, Kettle Bells and Conditioning

This is a three phase coached class, very similar in format to our Strength & Conditioning Class. The first phase is focused on mobility warm ups followed by upper body core lifts where the focus is on form and technique and a circuit of various rep schemes. The second phase is accessory movements for this lift and conditioning circuits. The third phase is a High Energy HIIT finisher. The classes are coached by a HEAT Trainer where comradery and High Energy is produced for a Great Fun Workout!

This is a HEAT membership class.

Whole Body, HIIT, Strength and Conditioning

This is a coached class where our primary focus is on creating a whole body anaerobic conditioning circuit. Think old school Boot Camp with science and more tools. This is a high energy class with a huge caloric burn. Members will be using the rowers, air assault runners, ropes, Kettle Bells, medicine balls, plyo boxes, weights and all sort of fun tools to achieve raising their heart rates! ...and of course a great core finish. The classes are coached by a HEAT Trainer where comradery and High Energy is produced for a Great Fun Workout!
