We offer a wide variety of classes to suit many interests and all fitness levels. Classes are held at convenient times throughout the day, 7 days a week. We have 225 Video Classes available on our Fitness on Demand system, and all members are welcome to use the system when a class is not scheduled. Need help selecting a class? Just ask our staff, we will gladly help you.

A journey into self-awareness using basic yoga postures to stretch and strengthen as well as relax and reduce the effects of stress on the body. The exercises incorporate breathing and relaxation techniques designed to increase flexibility and improve balance.
